Sustainable Singapore: Confronting Climate Inequality

New research by Oxfam and the Stockholm Environment Institute has revealed that the richest 10 percent of the global population were responsible for over half of carbon emissions over the last 25 years, whilst the poorest 50 percent were responsible for just 7 percent.
